When SENIXA installs CCTV surveillance systems we select & utilize only the highest quality commercial grade equipment & materials.  This takes into account the installation environment- waterproofing, coastal salt conditions & very high UV index of Cape Town, for example.

With this installation philosophy & approach, this means that the likelihood of requiring ongoing visits for maintenance issues & ensuing disruption to our clients can be kept to an absolute minimum.

Notwithstanding, CCTV surveillance system involve sensitive electronics which can sometimes fail.  Leading manufacturers all provide excellent warranty durations terms on their equipment.

However, given the critical applications nature of CCTV surveillance systems the warranty swap process can take days to weeks depending on the nature of the issue.  As a result SENIXA holds emergency loan stock items on behalf of our clients, meaning any faulty equipment swap out can be completed immediately.

SENIXA provides reactive ad hoc maintenance call out services at competitive rates.

Further, we also deliver preventative scheduled maintenance services.  This is a proactive service where all systems are assessed on an ongoing basis.  This involves integrity checks, cleaning & firmware updating & including: cabling, connectors, switches, waterproofing, power equipment are checked on a regular basis. 

This enables SENIXA to get ahead of issues & ensuring hardware & software continue to function optimally which gives peace of mind to clients that their operations will continue seamlessly.
